1. Not Satisfied With Your Purchase?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
2. Exchange & Return Period
Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges will be covered by the customer according to their location.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected, the paid amount will be refunded in full (excluding shipping fees). Refunds can be processed to your e-wallet, bank account, or via Instapay, based on your preference.
4. Requirements for Exchange or Return
To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following:
- A copy of the shipping receipt as proof of delivery.
- A clear photo of the item to be returned or exchanged, ensuring it is unused and in its original condition.
5. Important Notes
- All items that are sealed in their original box must be returned sealed and in the original packaging to be accepted for a refund.
